Return Eligibility

- The product received is defective or has a manufacturing defect.The wrong product was delivered.
To be eligible, the product must:
- Be unused and unwashed.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To claim a refund or replacement for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, customers must provide:
- A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video.
- The video must begin before opening the package.
- The shipping label must be clearly visible.
- The product and issue must be clearly shown.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for refund, replacement, or exchange.
Return Timeframe
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided if:

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is approved due to:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect item being shipped
Ninety Plus Culture will bear the return shipping cost.
For any exchange requests not caused by our error, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Record and save the unboxing video.
- Take clear photographs of the issue.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide all requested information for verification.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
